Key Highlights of the Role:

- Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to identify training needs, aligning with factory training plans.
- Develop comprehensive training plans that cater to production areas' requirements, aligning with the overall training strategy.
- Deliver engaging and effective online and offline training solutions within set time frames and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure competency, maintaining accurate records of training activities.
- Keep training matrices and employee files up-to-date, meeting audit standards.
- Create and update training documentation and procedures in consultation with Production to meet business needs.
- Conduct induction training and workshops for new starters, setting clear expectations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a training role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with experience in collaborative work environments.
- Proficient in computer skills; experience with "Train the Trainer" programs is a plus.
