The Role:

We seek outstanding managers who excel at overseeing day-to-day operations, from safety protocols and staffing to maintaining impeccable processes. You'll foster staff development, and The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team, approachable by customers and your team, all while prioritising exceptional customer experiences.

About You:

2+ years of management experience
A dynamic, go-getter attitude
Proven team leadership and results-driven mindset
Background in hospitality/retail/leisure management (a plus)

What you will be doing:
* Directly managing the day-to-day operation of the site
* Ensuring that safety remains at the forefront of all team members working at the site
* Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are continuously and rigorously followed and understood by all team members through regular training sessions and comprehensive inductions
* Administration, including rotas, compliance with Health and Safety, stock control, recruitment, and training
* Working with the General Manager to achieve and exceed levels of profitability
