About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the health industry, who is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Representative. This role involves arranging appointments, providing excellent customer service, handling inbound calls, and following up with confirmation administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and manage appointments efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all inbound callers.
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
Perform administrative tasks related to appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.Requirements:

Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in using call centre software and other relevant applications.
A dedicated and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.Benefits:
