I am on the search for a Director of Technology and Innovation to join a company specialising in creating precise navigation and measurement systems in the automotive, aerospace and defence industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the technology vision and strategic roadmap, oversee the technical direction of the company and lead a team of engineers. You will be entrusted to spearhead innovation and ensure that the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.

Essential Requirements of a Director of Technology and Innovation

* Experience with Technology Strategy and Roadmap – Leading and defining the strategic direction of the roadmap

* Team leadership experience

* Experience with Innovation and Change Management

* Customer engagement experience
