Events Coordinator required ASAP to join a building and construction company Ipswich.

This is a Temporary position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £13.33 - £14.35 per hour (£26,000 - £28,000 per annum) depending on experience.

This position will be working closely with the Executive team to provide a first-class service in planning, managing and executing company events.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Events Coordinator position:

3+ years previous experience within a similar role.
Foundation degree, higher national diploma or a degree in events management, Level 4 Diploma in Event Management or a Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning.
Creative and innovative approach to event management.
Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
Negotiation skills to secure pricing from venues and suppliers etc.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Strong administration and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy.
Ability to influence all stakeholders working to deliver company events on time and within budget.
Attention to detail.
Enthusiastic team orientated approach.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
