We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Rugby to join our clients dynamic team.

As a Warehouse Operative, your role will be pivotal in managing the flow of goods, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched with precision and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, use WMS software system to optimise warehouse functionality and distribution.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of reliability and diligence from previous warehouse experiences. While no formal qualifications are necessary, your ability to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment will set you apart.

Experience in warehouse is highly desired (On job training will be provided).

You will be working alongside a team of motivated individuals, all contributing to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.

Offering an hourly rate of £11.98 Working Monday – Thursday 08:00-16:30 & 08:00-13:00 Friday
