Accounts / Office Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team and be involved with a variety of tasks
Accounts / Office Assistant Duties will include:
* Recording invoices and processing ready for payment
* Matching delivery notes to invoices
* Daily cashing up and recording on spreadsheets
* Supplier and Customer enquiries
* Creating new stock items on the system
* Answering calls and transferring to the correct department
What you'll need:
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be confident with excel and data entry, enthusiastic and a good team player
Full training given
(Will require weekend working on a rota basis with a day off in the week)
