Marble Talent Group are seeking a Solar PV Electrician with expertise in Tesla Powerwall systems to join our client on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
• Install and Maintain Solar PV Systems: Design, install, and maintain residential and commercial solar PV systems, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Tesla Powerwall Integration: Install, commission, and service Tesla Powerwall energy storage systems, including both new installations and retrofits to existing solar systems.
• Electrical System Wiring: Perform electrical wiring and ensure correct integration of solar panels, inverters, and storage systems, with particular focus on Tesla Powerwall installation and integration.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair faults in solar PV systems and Tesla Powerwall setups. Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and electrical faults.
• System Testing: Conduct post-installation testing and inspections to ensure all systems are functioning properly, with an emphasis on system performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Customer Support: Communicate directly with customers regarding system functionality, provide guidance on how to operate their solar and storage systems, and offer troubleshooting advice when necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety standards and codes (local, state, national). Follow proper safety protocols when working on high-voltage systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation and service work, including system schematics, service reports, and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience: Experienced as a licensed electrician, with direct experience in installing and servicing Tesla Powerwall systems.
• Certifications:
o Must hold a valid electrical license (state-specific).
o NABCEP certification (National American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) is highly desirable.
o OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with battery storage systems, particularly Tesla Powerwall, is required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with solar inverter systems (e.g., SMA, Fronius, Enphase) and Tesla Powerwall’s integration requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve issues in complex solar and energy storage setups quickly and effectively.
• Customer Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors, on rooftops, and in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required for traveling between job sites).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other energy storage systems.
• Strong familiarity with local and national electrical codes, including NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Experience working with other solar panel brands and energy management systems.
