We are working with an established metal product manufacturing company based in Cardiff. They are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on Days (Mon-Fri) in return for a salary in the region of £38,000 + 5% bonus along with overtime opportunity and additional training and development.

The Health and Safety Advisor needs to have experience being involved / leading audits and have a passion for implementing positive change within the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Involvement in internal audits and supporting external ones

* Influencing change within the business

* Complete risk assessments

* Take part / lead in house safety training

* Keep records of inspection / audit findings

* Taking part in meetings to discuss audit findings and having a say in process improvements

Qualifications

* NEBOSH Certificate (Essential)

* Experience working within a hazardous / manufacturing environment
