ROLE: Fire & Security Service & Installation Supervisor – Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV

You will oversee the service and installation of fire and security systems, supervise and support a team of engineers, and report directly to the Fire and Security Manager. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while providing expert technical guidance on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Additionally, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued support.

EXPERIENCE: Fire & Security Service & Installation Supervisor – Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV

This position requires substantial experience in the fire and security industry, ideally gained in an engineering or supervisory capacity. Demonstrated expertise in supervising the service and installation of fire or security systems is highly advantageous. A strong understanding of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control systems, and CCTV is essential. Holding relevant electrical or fire alarm qualifications, such as FIA or British Consortium certifications, would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will possess professional communication and leadership skills, along with familiarity with systems such as Honeywell, Galaxy, C-TEC, Sentry, Ziton, Advanced, Paxton, or Hikvision. A valid UK driving license is essential, and residency in Thatcham or nearby locations, including Newbury, Reading, Basingstoke, or Didcot, is required.

Additional qualifications, such as SSSTS (Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme) or similar supervisory credentials, would be an asset.
