The Role
We are looking for Weekend Call Handlers to work within our team of Out of Hours Advisors
You will be communicating with our candidates and clients out of office hours, answering general queries, managing emails and discussing availability for work as well as organising candidate shift bookings
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Calls
* Front line customer service
* Call handling
* Dealing with general enquiries
* Obtaining candidate availability
* Booking candidates into shifts
* Dealing with shift replacements
This is a Weekend shift pattern position:
* Saturday 5.00am – 2.30pm
* Sunday 5.00am – 2.30pm
The role is office based, in the centre of Southampton
