What's the role?

Help customers who've been victims of fraud, offering support with empathy and care.
Work flexibly during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-7:30pm; Sat, 9am-5pm).
Deliver top-notch customer service while finding the best solutions for both customers and the company.
Handle tough situations with resilience and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.What we're looking for:

Customer service experience (contact centre background preferred but not essential).
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
An insatiably curious attitude and the confidence to challenge the norm.What's in it for you?
