Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a hybrid role from offices based in Swanley.

The Job:

* Managing the financial and contractual administration of projects

* Ensuring that general QS duties are performed to the highest standard

* To ensure that full contractual and monetary entitlement is advantageous

The Candidate:

* 3-7 years practical experience

* Strong commercial awareness

* Experience of Management Accounts

* Re-measurement skills

* Planned maintenance experience

* Valid driving licence
