Celltherm Coldrooms Limited is seeking a talented individual to join our busy and successful SME business on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Director and contribute to the smooth running of the company's accounting and administrative functions.

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrator looking for a permanent role that offers flexibility in your hours?

The Role:

This position is office-based, offering either full-time hours (9:00–5:00) or part-time hours (minimum of 20 per week) to suit your schedule.

* Accounts/Bookkeeping/some reporting with an understanding of Xero accounting and Dext.

* Payroll, PAYE & CIS Sub-Contractors Scheme.

* Purchase & Sales ledger.

* General office admin duties.

* Invoice checking and posting.

* Subcontractor payments via the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

* General office administration.

* Office based - LE19 2GW.

* Full Time or Part-time by arrangement.

The Ideal Candidate will:

* Be able to fit into a busy and successful SME business,

* Possess demonstrable experience in an accounting role,

* Have knowledge of Payroll & CIS would be advantageous,

* Have effective communication skills,

* Have good administration skills.

* Be numerate, analytical with a superb attention to detail,

* Excellent planning, organisation & deadline keeping skills,

* Proactive and able to work on own initiative,

* Computer literate.

Package Details:

* Appointment Type: Permanent

* Hours: 9-5 Full time, or Part-Time, (if part time 20 hours minimum)
