We are seeking an engaging and proactive Marketing and Business Development Officer to join our client's growing team in Gateshead. The role is fully office based and access to a car would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, and services.
Plan and coordinate events to engage target audiences and drive business development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage social media accounts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
Prepare reports on marketing and business development performance. Essential Skills & Experience

Confident in speaking and presenting to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, events, or similar roles.
A proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Competent in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing software)
