Role

* Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Be involved in all Commercial aspects of a project

* The role office based (London) with visits to site.

* Work closely with the Operational team, Client and sub contractors

Person specification

* You must have experience managing all commercial aspects of a project.

* Varied project and sector experience

* Worked for a reputable main contractor.

* Excellent negotiation abilities.

* Proven cost management abilities.

* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.

* Ideally you will have been a lead QS on a project
