A regional contracting firm with interests across the South west and a varied project portfolio is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide short term cover on an academic scheme in the heart of Torbay.

Responsible for overseeing the sub-contract workforce, managing Health & Safety, Quality and delivery to the required programme, you should have a proven track record in Site management and the necessary SMSTS, First aid at work and CSCS certifications. As this is an academic scheme, an enhanced DBS is also essential.
