Area to be covered: South

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + profit related EOY bonus

Benefits: BMW / VW / Mercedes or equivalent company care OR £580 car allowance & up to 10% pension, 25 days holiday and benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Construction Accessories will involve:

* External sales position promoting a range of concrete, precast reinforcement, drainage, formwork systems and associated accessories

* Selling to builders merchants, contractors and architects / specifiers

* Individual target will be circa £1m once up and running

* Dealing with projects ranging from £1k - £50k+

* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships

* The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing and expanding existing relationships with key accounts

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Construction Accessories with:

* Must have field sales experience in the building industry

* Would consider someone selling to either contractors or builders merchants such as: Burdens, Jewsons, Travis Perkins, Keylite, Civils & Lintels etc

* Capable of managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business relationships

* Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

* Tenacious, professional and comfortable working within a competitive environment
