Location: Northamptonshire 
Salary: £33,487.00 to £39,941.00 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
Hours: 22.5 hours Tuesday- Thursday
Contract Type: Permanent

We are collaborating with a reputable college seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' mathematical skills and academic achievements.

What will you be doing?

Delivering GCSE resits and functional skills Maths to 16-19 year old students. 
Regularly evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support to promote improvement.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the mathematics curriculum and collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies. What are we looking for?

Minimum of Level 3 in Mathematics or A-Level Mathematics.
Teaching Qualification (TQ) is desirable but not essential.
Candidates without a TQ should be willing to work towards obtaining one.
Ability to deliver engaging lessons, to students who don't necessarily have a natural aptitude for maths.

Competitive salary of up to £33,487.00 to £39,941.00 FTE - for part time hours the salary is pro rata to £20,092.20 - £23,964.60 per annum.
Enrolment to Teachers pension scheme - 28.68% employer contribution
Generous annual leave of 44 days (pro rata).
