This Site Manager role is a great opportunity to make an impression with a reputable firm.

You will be working with an experienced Senior Site Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build the project. The project is a large £38m industrial scheme based in Manningtree.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

Coordinate and oversee aspects of the project from demolition to completion.
Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.Requirements for Site Manager

Relevant experienceThe firm hiring are a highly reputable outfit with a large order book for 2024/25. They are a main contractor who work nationwide but HQ is in London.
