The Role
You’ll be responsible for the daily management of the bodyshop, ensuring all work is completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will be key to driving team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bodyshop operations

Lead and support a team of technicians and admin staff

Ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer and industry standards

*

Oversee site performance, KPIs, budgets, and resource planning

*

Build and maintain relationships with insurers, suppliers, and customers

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies

*

Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently

*

Monitor costs and drive profitability

*

Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

*

Stay current with industry developments and repair techniques

About You

*

Proven experience in a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role

*

Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards

*

Excellent communication and team management skills

*

Results-driven, organised, and commercially aware

*

Proficient in bodyshop management software and reporting tools
