Service Coordinator – Aberdeen - Permanent

As Service Coordinator, you will play a vital part in our clients’ regional operations. Working alongside service equipment team in Europe, SSA and CIS to ensure customer requirements are met across the region.

The Service Coordinator will be customer facing and have a focus on dealing with multiple stake holders across the business to partake in the full process from start to finish.

Your day-to-day will include:
 
Coordinating with customers to repair and service equipment.
Schedule personnel and equipment to ensure job completion.
Managing all transactions in JDE and TAT ERP systems.
Controlling and accurate tracking of all jobs, costs, servicing and calibration.
Processing, invoicing and revenue recognition for full process.
Forecasting, revenue and costs and jobs for the region.
