Logistics People are currently looking for a Driving Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET 

Working Hours: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 - 17:30 Shifts Available

Pay Rate: £30,100 P/a

As a Driving Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Managing a fleet of drivers
Updating all drivers' working patterns on the rota, including new and current drivers
Handling drivers' shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
Coordinating daily with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
Addressing any issues or complaints from drivers and depots
Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and drivers
Recording and maintaining all driver records, ensuring legal compliance and addressing driver infringements
Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
