Overview:
Are you a seasoned Operations Manager with a passion for driving efficiency and delivering results in a fast-paced logistics environment? We have an opportunity to join a leading FMCG logistics business as Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maximising supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the site.
Supervise, motivate and train staff, including performance evaluations.
Develop operational strategies and ensure plans are delivered in line with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets and control expenses.
Drive continuous improvement within the operations and strive for the best standards.
Key Skills/Experience:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager within FMCG logistics environments.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
