Internal Business Development Manager (Bridging Finance)
Location: London Central
Hybrid – 3x Days from home / 2x days office,
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Performance bonuses paid monthly,
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the external BDMs
* Dealing with enquires
* Liaising with brokers and often clients
* Structuring deals
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
* Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the bridging finance industry.
* Educate clients on the features and benefits of our bridging finance products.
* Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and guide them through the application process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
* Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to position our products effectively.
* Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline the approval process.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business development success.
* Generate regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review
