The role

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Contract Manager, Project and Assistant Project Managers. Collect, analyse and regularly provide analytical information related to the delivery of Improvement Programmes and to provide financial, project and administration support to ensure efficient programme delivery. To Process applications for payment, invoices and completion certificates, applying updates to the management system to ensure that asset data is consistently updated across the business.

This role is part of Property where you'll help us to lead the way investing and maintaining 46,000 homes.

What you'll achieve

Support the management of contractor performance in providing analytical data for Operations Meetings relating to quality, progress and value for money
Assemble key data that will ensure that all programmes are compliant with CDM Regulations 2015 and that this data is uploaded on to the H&S database as evidence for audit purposes
Collate all quality audits as data that can be used to review Contractor Performance in regular Operation Meetings
Undertake regular desktop audit of project related information including certification with the timely completions of valuations where applicable and develop action plans for closing down works in a consistent manner
Provide financial Monitoring support and analysis to Programme and Project Managers utilising the current CRM system
Assist in the provision of information for the database for Stock Condition, Asbestos, Fire Risk Assessment and any other areas as required
Communicate effectively with Customers regarding any works that impact their home, their wider living environment and their quality of life including representing Orbit housing Association Customer meetings when required
Processing works orders, Purchase Orders Valuations and inspection requests in accordance with the policies and procedures and respond to general queries relating to proposed and confirmed investment worksWhat you'll bring

Essential skills

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths
Excellent communication skills (written and oral); able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Experience of data analysis and management reportingDesirable skills

Any relevant NVQ or other similar qualification for example Customer Service or Business AdministrationWhy Orbit?
