They have formed an excellent reputation for creating top-tier residential developments and are known for their exceptional quality and distinction.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North Wales area.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:

Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
Provide guidance on contractual issues.
Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
