A specialist engineering firm in Halstead, Essex, are looking for a Machine Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will have sheet metal machining experience, although the company are flexible to consider different ranges of experience.

The hourly rate will be around £13ph dependant on previous relevant sheet metal experience. The hours for the role are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday plus a 15:30 finish on Friday.

Machine Operator duties:

Operating punch press and other machinery
Working with saws, drills, and other equipment
Adhering to health and safety policies
Working from technical drawingsThe company are looking for someone who has experience working on a punch press machine but if you have any other sheet metal experience then please get in touch!

Due to the location of the company, your own transport will be required.
