An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a thriving and passionate food distribution company as a Customer Service and Sales Executive for a 6-month period. If you’re passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional customer care, and growing sales, this could be the perfect next step for you!
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, the supply chain, and regional account managers to support and grow customer accounts. From processing orders to promoting new products, your contributions will play a key role in the company’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing weekly sales orders via phone, email, and online systems.
Building relationships with existing customers and identifying upselling opportunities.
Promoting new products, promotions, and initiatives.
Handling customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Supporting account managers and assisting with customer onboarding.
Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing reports.
Promoting delivery consolidation for greater efficiency and sustainability. About You:
3+ years of experience in sales or customer service for a food manufacturing or distribution company.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
