Supply Desk are seeking a KS2  teaching assistant for a primary school in the Fareham area.

Starting from September on a long term contract

Hours: Full time

Pay: £75-£85 per day

Supply Desk are working with a medium sized  local primary school in the Fareham area who are currently seeking 2 Teaching Assistants. The school is warm and welcoming with children being proud to belong and keen to discuss the schools ethos and expectations.

Job Description:

Desire to work throughout KS2 (Year 3-6)
Working with small groups delivering interventions such as Reading, Maths and Literacy
ICT literate and able to support children with simple ICT tasks
Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
Location: Fareham
Start Date: September 2024
Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
Hours: Full time 08:00 – 15:00
Individual Profile:

A nurturing and caring nature
GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
Experience of working with children/young people
Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
