Registered Care Manager - Learning Disabillities, Supported Living, Residential Care - Devon.
A new position has arisen with a national, award-winning care provider, to manage a group of their services in Devon. There are three supported living services and one residential service, all for adults with learning disabilities.
You will have good experience working with adults with complex care needs including learning disabilities and autism, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. You'll have excellent knowledge of CQC requirements, as well as experience of quality management and innovative ways of ensuring the most person-centred care possible.
Very important is a true passion for providing quality care, and dedication to ensuring your clients have the best possible levels of support enabling them to lead the most independent and rewarding lives possible.
You will be overseeing several sites, with the support of four Deputy Managers, and will be supported with sensible levels of investment in resources, staffing, training and quality, fit-for-purpose properties.
