Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, specification, and delivery of electrical building services projects from inception to completion.

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.

Conduct site inspections, surveys, and liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure designs comply with industry regulations, sustainability requirements, and best practices.

Manage project deadlines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Support business development activities, including client relationship management and proposals.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) with a recognised institution (e.g., CIBSE, IET).

Proven experience in electrical building services engineering, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems.

Strong knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability principles (e.g., BREEAM, LEED).

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Amtech.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
