Our client is a fantastic manufacturing organisation based in Stoke on Trent. They are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team. This role is working within a small team, they are seeking a friendly, organised individual who has experience in dealing with high volume.
Job Description:
Support the manager with the onboarding of new customers
Manage key account customers with reconciliations produced and maintained
Monitor and escalate aged debt problems to the manager
Conduct weekly debt reviews
Manage credit limits for customers to minimize bad debts
Manage problems accounts and manage on-hold orders For the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer role, we would like to see candidates with the following experience:
Proven working experience in Accounts Receivable
Strong excel skills
Strong communication skills
Professional approach
Self-starter, good time management skills Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:45 pm
Salary: Negotiable DOE
