I am seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Enquiries Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for potential clients, customers and partners.

This role serves a professional and empathetic experience while accurately gathering information and directing cases to internal legal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and be able to manage your own workload. You must also have proven experience within an Administration role or similar. Talent for building relationships is key for this role.

his is an office-based role which can be undertaken in the Bath or Wells office.

Job: New Enquiries Coordinator

Location: Bath | Wells

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,000.00

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for new client inquiries via phone, email, and website forms

* Accurately record and manage all enquiries in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality

* Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency

* Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth onboarding process

* Maintain clear and concise communication with internal teams and external participants

* Generate reports on enquiry volume and conversion rates

To be considered:

* Outstanding organisational and time management skills

* Ability to proactively manage your own independent workload

* Experience of handling a high volume of inbound communications

* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* The ability to work effectively within a team

* Quick thinking and strong ability to multi-task and able to understand new subjects quickly
