The position

Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximise performance and achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the team's productivity, efficiency, and overall success.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve team goals and objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries and disciplines.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment strategies and processes.
Provide guidance to team members on all aspects of recruitment, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
About you

To join us as a Team Leader, your skills and experience should include:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment with a track record of success in achieving targets and leading teams.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.
Familiarity with recruitment software.
An understanding of how to motivate, challenge and get the very best out of team members.
