Driver Hire Uxbridge are recruiting for a HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Delivery Driver for a TEMP-TO-PERM role with our customer, a leading construction equipment hire company based in Southall. They supply projects across London and beyond!

£17.00 per hour (PAYE, including holiday pay)

Monday to Friday 7am starts daily

The Role:

* Delivering and collecting plant hire equipment, scaffolding, and lifting access gear

* Using a PDA to log deliveries and collections

* Ensuring vehicle loads are secure and following all driver regulations

* Adhering to EU driving hours and Working Time Directive limits

* Heavy lifting is constant throughout shifts

Requirements:

* UK licence for a minimum of 2 years

* Valid UK CAT C (Class 2) licence with no more than 6 points (no DR, TT, IN offences)

* Valid CPC & Tacho Card

* Ideally 1 year of Class 2 experience

Pay & Hours:

* £17.00 per hour (PAYE, including holiday pay).

* Minimum 10 hours paid per day.

* Overtime available after 10 hours (breaks unpaid)

* Monday to Friday, 7 AM start.
