Description

Conducting comprehensive site surveys for construction projects
Preparing and presenting detailed survey reports
Working closely with the construction team to ensure project success
Participating in team meetings and contributing valuable insights
Assisting in the drafting of construction plans
Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding project progress
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site
Managing project documentation and recordsProfile

A successful Specialist Surveyor should have:

A qualification in Surveying or a related field (ideal)
Proficient knowledge of social Housing and it's challenges
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
