Role Overview:

As a vital member of our care team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to:

* Provide Companionship: Foster meaningful connections and promote independence for those in your care.

* Assist with Personal Care: Support clients with daily activities such as washing and dressing, ensuring their dignity and comfort.

* Medication Management: Help clients manage their medications effectively and safely.

* Light Household Tasks: Assist with essential chores to create a comfortable living space.

What We’re Looking For:

While previous experience in care is a plus, it’s not essential. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. We are looking for individuals who are:

* Compassionate & Caring: Driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

* Dependable: Take pride in your work and are committed to providing exceptional care.

* Flexible: Available to work alternate weekends and adapt to shifting needs.

* Ready to Learn: Willing to engage in a four-day training program to prepare you for your role.

* Driving License: Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle (this is desirable but not mandatory).

Job Details:

* Job Types: Permanent, Zero Hours Contract

* Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including day shifts, Monday to Sunday

Shift Rota As follows

7am - 2pm Break 4pm to 8pm

7am -8pm Full Shift

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in care

* Valid UK/ international driving license Essential

* Work authorization for the United Kingdom
