About the Role:

As an Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5 students, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. Your role will involve working 1:1 with students or in small groups, implementing effective communication strategies, and supporting the development of life and social skills. You will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lesson plans, ensuring an inclusive learning experience for all students.
