Salary: £30,000 per annum plus service charge and gratuities

As a Senior Chef de Partie your main responsibility will be to ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards for our guests whilst developing the skills of the team and assisting in staff development.
Other key responsibilities:

• Use your flair to create delicious and nutritionally balanced meals
• Use your industry knowledge to keep abreast of current and future trends
• Act as a mentor
• Lead and develop your team
• Live and breathe the Champneys food philosophy
