Job Title: Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Cheltenham

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £60,000 to £85,000 per annum

Our client's Corporate team is nationally recognised for their successful completion of deals and their supportive and vibrant team. With the support of 25 partners across their firm, this is an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate seeking the next step in their career. Responsibilities:

Previous experience in corporate law
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong client relationships
Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
Demonstrated skills in teamwork and relationship building
Strong commercial acumen
Proactive, ambitious, and organised with keen attention to detailEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
