Responsibilities within your new role as a Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen. This includes assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's exceptionally high standards of quality and presentation.
