The School and Role

Can you be there when a child is in need and/or at crisis point?
Are you passionate about getting children back on track and learning?

Do you have experience or a keen interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs?
You will be a targeted Intervention Teaching Assistant working in Mainstream Primary 8:30- 3:30pm each day supporting a pupil with ASD and behavioural support needs within their vibrant team in Year 3 Wigan area.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Key Stage 2, Year 3 role you will require;

Distribute and adapt sessions.
Knowledge of sensory needs or special Educational awareness, triggers and strategies to support.
Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas to support KS2 children.
Communicate your own ideas of how to deliver your favourite and interesting topics.
Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
