DK Recruitment are seeking a 1st Line Engineer on behalf of our client based in Corsham. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. Duties

Provide 1st Line Support either directly from the customer
Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details Tech stack

Microsoft 365
Azure
Active Directory Administration (passwords, users, groups, permissions) 
Desktop support
Network support
Windows Server Location: Corsham (Full time onsite)
