This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday from 7:30am-4pm and Friday from 7:30am-12pm. This role is temporary to permanent!!!

As a Customer Service Co- ordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, assisting customers with product information and order processes, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role. With strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, you will thrive in our client's fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills and a background in customer service are required, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

In this role, you will lead order book reviews with customers and attend the daily production meeting, being the voice of the customer. You will also liaise with the customer for re-scheduling orders, delivery cancellations, and other related tasks. Strong administration skills is required as you will provide support with back office admin tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4pm
