The Registered Manager role involves:

Serving as a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Developing a large team providing direct care to users with complex care needs.
Managing budgets to meet targets and overseeing recruitment, supervisions, and appraisals.
Fostering relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Implementing quality assurance systems for continuous service improvement.
Participating in strategic development and representing the company in external meetings.Package and Benefits:

The Registered Manager role comes with:

Annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.

Private pension scheme.The ideal Registered Manager will have:

At least 2 years of experience in a Registered Manager role
Strong background in complex care.
Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
RGN/Pediatric Nurse qualification is preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Evidence of good or outstanding CQC inspections from previous branches.
