Your Role:

? Lead and manage daily nursery operations

? Ensure high standards of care and education

? Support and develop staff to reach their full potential

? Maintain compliance with all safeguarding and EYFS regulations

? Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the community

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years

✔️ Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting 3 years minimum

✔️ Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding

✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔️ Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
