Ridgeway & Co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor to find an experienced Site Manager, for a project located in Brighton.

This is a contract role paying a rate of £280.00/day.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

* Attend and lead meetings with specialist subcontractors

* Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience managing Residential projects

* Strong communication skills

* Hands-on approach to project management

* Excellent organisational and team management abilities

* Proficiency in computer skills
