Are you an Architect with a minimum of two years of post-Part 3 industry experience and a fervent passion for sustainability? Our award winning client is looking for a driven individual to join their innovative team in Newark
THE ROLE
As an Architect you will work under the guidance of Associate Architects or Company Directors. Responsibilities include producing high-quality production information, managing client communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will also be involved in creating documents, drawings, schedules, and promotional materials. Key responsibilities include:
* Manage the design process from RIBA Stage 1-5.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.
* Collaborate with Directors and external consultants.
* Ensure compliance with company standards.
* Attend internal and external meetings.
* Engage with Local Authorities during the planning process.
* Produce detailed specification documents and construction drawings.
* Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service.
THE CANDIDATE
Our ideal Architect will be enthusiastic and dynamic with a determination to deliver quality projects and have the following skills:
* RIBA Part 3 qualification.
* Minimum of two years of industry experience post-Part 3.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with a good understanding of BIM.
* Strong technical skills and design software proficiency.
* Effective self-management and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Proactive commercial awareness.
* Strong self-leadership and communication skills.
