We are seeking an experienced Amadeus Travel Operations Executive with sales support and Amadeus experience from a tour operator background. This elite travel company offers an array of luxury travel packages across the globe. Amadeus Travel Operations Executive Duties:
* Be proactive in offering our Concierge service to all clients to include pre-booking spa treatments, dinner reservations and children’s clubs, airport lounges etc. when confirmations are sent to the client.
* Produce accurate documentation ensuring it is dispatched on time
* Checking all travel bookings.
* Updating travel documentation
* Updating work in progress spreadsheet
* Assisting sales team with operational problems such as strikes and foreign office advice.
* Processing agent vouchers
* Monitoring GDS queues,
* Advising Travel Agent of minor flight schedule changes.
* Gathering information for major flight schedule changes and liaising with Sales Director/person and Aviation manager to resolve
* Checking funds have been received in order to ticket flights
* Work with the sales person to ensure that contacts are made with the hotel concierge at our clients preferred hotels.
* For VIP clients and clients booking special trips ensure that a bottle of wine and welcome letter is arranged at their first hotel.
* Booking transfers, EK/UL chauffeur, restaurants and excursions
Amadeus Travel Operations Executive - Essential requirements for the role:
Experience of working for a tour operator in a support/concierge role, knowledge of Amadeus is imperative. Must have a high standard of attention to detail, can manage and prioritise workload.
